We accept returns within 7 days of the delivery date.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

The return request must be initiated within 7 days of receiving your order.

The garment must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition.

The product must be free from stains, perfume, deodorant, makeup, pet hair, or any signs of wear.

All original tags, labels, packaging, and accessories must be intact.

The item must successfully pass our quality inspection upon receipt.
Refund Method
We do not offer refunds to the original payment method.
Approved returns will be issued as Store Credit, which can be redeemed on any future purchase at in.btwn.
Store Credit:

Is valid for 12 months from the date of issue.

Is non-transferable.

Cannot be exchanged for cash or refunded.
Please note that products purchased using Store Credit are not eligible for return. They may only be exchanged, subject to our Exchange Policy.
Shipping charges paid at the time of purchase are non-refundable.
Exchange Policy
If your chosen size isn't the perfect fit or you'd prefer another style, we're happy to help.
We accept exchanges within 7 days of delivery, subject to product availability.
You may exchange your purchase for:

A different size, or
-
Another outfit of equal or higher value. If the new product is priced higher, the difference will need to be paid.
Exchange Conditions

The exchange request must be raised within 7 days of delivery.

The garment must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags attached.

All exchanged items are subject to a quality inspection before approval.

Exchanges for style ans size can only be made once.
If your requested size is unavailable, you may choose:

Another available product, or

Store Credit for the value of your purchase.
Reverse Shipping Charges
The cost of shipping the product back to us for a return or exchange will be borne by the customer.
Cancellation Policy
Orders may be cancelled only before they have been shipped.
Once an order has been dispatched from our warehouse, it cannot be cancelled.
Sale Items
Products purchased during a sale, promotional event, or using discount codes:

Cannot be returned.

Can only be exchanged, subject to product availability.

Reverse shipping charges will be borne by the customer.
Final Sale Items
Products marked as Final Sale are not eligible for returns or exchanges under any circumstances.
Quality Inspection
Every returned or exchanged item undergoes a quality inspection upon arrival at our warehouse.
We reserve the right to decline any return or exchange if:

The item has been worn, washed, altered, or damaged.

Original tags or packaging are missing.

The product shows signs of use.
-
The request is made outside the eligible return or exchange window.
If a return or exchange is rejected after inspection, the product will be shipped back to the customer.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
To request a return or exchange:

Share your Order Number along with the reason for your request.

Once the product reaches our warehouse and passes quality inspection, your Store Credit or exchange will be processed.
